For big motors and generators (up to 95 tons), Monarch-Pittsburgh imparts a level of service second to none, whether in our shop, turnkey on-site or working with your crews. Response is Immediate and turnaround is to your schedule. Coil manufacturing is up to 15kV. A proficient force of Monarch-Pittsburgh men and women work with advanced electronic equipment, materials and methods. Quality systems, in compliance with exacting ISO 9001 standards, are in place in every phase of rewind, repair or remanufacture. Testing --- full-load dynamometer to 800hp, AC to 13.8kV and DC to 750v --- heads a comprehensive test package that includes EL CID and Vibration Analyzation for on-site diagnosis and trending and documentation. Sales and technical staffs, available 24/7, are experienced problem-solvers and well-versed in all apparatus. Ancillary Services include Cryogenesis™ and a Motor Management Program. Core preparation is comprehensive and includes ELCID on-site testing.	Machine shop includes lathes and horizontal and vertical boring equipment.	Epoxy resin (100% solids) and an 8ft dia. tank ensure void-free VPI.

Ovens are large capacity. This one is 14ft wide by 14ft high by 28ft in depth.	Various skillful disciplines on-site contribute to quality and on-time delivery.	AC testing to 13.8kV and DC to 750v with 800hp dynamometer loading.
