News Release: The Monarch Group Monarch Group Opens New Facility The Monarch Group, Cleveland, Ohio, has purchased another building in Cleveland --- its third --- to house specialty services, including nuclear safety and non-safety related repairs. The newly-acquired 55,000sf Cleveland facility additionally will serve as one of the sites for the firm’s burgeoning motor management program which includes storage of hundreds of spare motors and generators for customers. “The new site allows us to increase our nuclear business by enlarging the restricted area where this type of safety-related apparatus is serviced,” President Ken Roller said. “Further, a recent contract with a major steel company for management of its mill motors calls for increased space in both Cleveland and Detroit for maintenance and storage.” Totally, The Monarch Group now counts 270,000sf under roof, consisting of three service centers and support capabilities in three industrial regions. Along with the new Cleveland Specialty Services building, the Monarch Group consists of a 63,000sf headquarters service facility, Monarch-Cleveland, and Cleveland Rebabbitting in Cleveland; a 73,000sf service center and coil manufacturing complex in the Pittsburgh area, Monarch-Pittsburgh and PennCoil respectively; and Monarch-Detroit, a 48,000sf service center in Detroit, MI.
