Monarch's on-site services have increased
as more companies downsize. These include rewind, repair, balancing,
alignment, undercutting, and Cryogenesis
cleaning of apparatus. On-site technical evaluation, including
Vibration Spectrum
Analysis, accurately pinpoints problems, and facilitates
accurate repair estimates and schedules. Two fully-equipped
on-site crews are available, and frequently work under the time
constraints of plant shutdowns.
Monarch's teams travel internationally, as well. Among recent
projects are cleaning of a co-generation set in Hawaii, and
a complete rewind and rebuild of 12.5MW BB generator in Israel.
Additionally, Monarch technicians have traveled to China in
a consulting role to evaluate co-generating stations on oil
rigs in the China sea as well as supervising Cryogenesis cleaning
in Great Britain.
Other recent on-site projects include:
- Co-generation station in Puerto Rico
- 2000hp DC motor in a steel company cold
mill
- 22,500hp synchronous motor in a steel
mill
- Rebuild of a generator in a university's
power station
- Re-evaluation of Israeli co-generation
system
